Optimal Math was founded by two experienced math public school teachers who love teaching math and being Dads. We’ve seen many children struggle in Math and experienced first hand the frustration with the products available. We wanted to find a better way to help ALL students succeed. Our games and products are designed to help students develop a passion for math and build a foundation of confidence.

Joe’s deep understanding of the intricacies of advanced mathematics, combined with his passion for education, drives the vision and direction of Optimal Math LLC.

Phil Blake, COO

Phil Blake, a graduate with a Master’s in Education from James Madison University, is the operational heartbeat of Optimal Math LLC.

His Elementary and Intermediary School mathematics certification speaks volumes about his depth of knowledge and commitment to foundational mathematical education.

Phil’s prowess ensures that every curriculum and every lesson plan resonates with the unique needs of our young learners, setting the stage for lifelong mathematical success.
